BABY WUMBLERS BURST INTO TOYFAIR WITH A WEBSITE OF WATERMELON AND A WORLD FULL OF FUN!
Ridgewood, NJ – February 9, 2009, Wumbler babies are arriving to Toyfair (Booth #5048) bursting with excitement, interactivity, and an online component for children while reminding parents that it STILL is " A Wumblerful World We Live In!" Kids wearing yellow and green wristbands are showing up everywhere, marking their parents and their joint commitment to "seeding a better tomorrow for ALL!”
Rooted in the "watermelon,” the preoccupation with these playful babies extends beyond parents and children to notable organizations, such as The National Watermelon Association of the United States and Temple Inland, who will be displaying the Baby Wumbler image on all shipping boxes and watermelon bins found in supermarkets across the nation beginning Spring 2009 having adopted the Baby Wumbler as their new logo. A host of other incredible names tied to The Wumblers brand can be found on The Wumblers website, www.wumblers.com.
Recent efforts to keep up with the demand for Baby Wumblers include the launching of a Wumbler Patch brick and mortar store and the establishment of The Wumbler Patch
e-commerce site, www.wumblerpatch.com.
Why all of the hullabaloo? Besides the basic and meaningful appeal behind each adorable, plush Baby Wumbler is an interactive component that links these babies to The Wumbler website – demonstrating the playfulness of this toy in cooperation with social learning supported by technology in the best of all ways.
Beyond these babies is an extensive line of merchandise, including apparel found in watermelon colors ONLY - red, green, and brown, with white being added this Spring. A full line of books, paper products, and giftware will also be available beginning Holiday 2009.
”We are green, growing, and greatly concerned with children and their futures. Our Baby Wumbler is a means of mixing fun with social, global, environmental, and humanitarian learning to ensure a better tomorrow for kids. I'm thrilled that the retailers are excited to jump on board and begin Wumbling!” stated Laura Wellington, CEO & creator of The Wumblers.
In return, a percentage of all revenue from Wumbler orders placed at Toyfair will be donated to a pediatric cancer hospital. Retailers can also expect 5% off on all orders placed at the show as well as an opportunity to win a 7 day Caribbean cruise vacation. www.wumblers.com
