Baby Wumblers Blow out at Food Basics

December 29, 2009 – Baby Wumblers sell out at Food Basics (A&P Stores) in one week's time. The newly established relationship between A&P's Food Basics stores kicked off with a bang as their first order of Baby Wumblers sold out in one week's time just days preceding Christmas.

"It's no surprise to us," said Laura J. Wellington, CEO, The Giddy Gander Company. There is a certain type of cuteness and appeal that transcends age and time. Kids as young as two and as old as fourteen love these babies. We've seen that in our Ridgewood, NJ, and online stores. A&P obviously saw it too adding these Baby Wumblers to their holiday line up at the very last minute and selling out.

A subsequent order was placed immediately to compensate for demand. Just as all babies inspire promise, Baby Wumblers do so for a retail marketplace hopeful for the New Year.
